CANCELLATION/NO SHOW

Your appointment is very important and I understand that sometimes schedule  adjustments are necessary.  Therefore I request  at least 48 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.  This includes any changes to the services you are  requesting, i.e. if you are booked  for multiple services and would like to cancel ANY of them, I  still respectfully request 48 hours notice. 

ANY APPOINTMENTS CANCELLED/RESCHEDULED OR CHANGED WITHOUT 48 HOURS NOTICE WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE EQUAL TO 50% OF THE RESERRVED SERVICE AMOUNT.  ALL "NO SHOWS" WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF  THE  RESERVED SERVICE AMOUNT.  

I recognize the time of my guests and my own is valuable and have implemented this  policy for that reason.  It is mutually understood that if a cancellation is  due to circumstances beyond any of our control,  such as power outage, unfortunate incidence, illness, or weather that requires you or us to have to cancel or be closed during regular business hours, we will reschedule your existing appointment and no discount or rescheduling fee will apply.

  LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

All appointments begin and end on time to maintain the salon schedule.  If the treatment does not start on time due to client tardiness, the treatment will be reduced accordingly and  you will still be required to pay the full amount.  If a guest is more  than 15  minutes late,  the appointment will be  considered a cancellation - 100% of the reserved service fee.

REDO POLICY

I strive to offer my guests the highest level  of guest satisfaction.  If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days  of your visit and I am happy to correct any issues that are my fault at no additional charge.  This does not include additional products or services to change the look or add to the look. For example, you wanted blonde and now think it is too bright and want to add lowlights, this  would be an additional charge.
